About
An Egyptian engineer with over 15 years in software quality strategy across Swiss banking and tech corporates. I've personally lived the transition my clients face — reinvention, uncertainty, and finding what stays uniquely valuable.
In my experience, the most human approach to designing a strategy is understanding the culture and the individuals running it. In this economy, corporates are forced into strict policies on talent. I decided to take matters into my own hands — discovering talent in people and helping them connect with the right network to evolve and become resilient with purpose.
I'm based in Zurich, Switzerland, where I work full-time in my field and raise two strong girls. Alongside this, I bring over 5 years of experience as a coach and mentor, helping talent and mid-career professionals connect and grow — a commitment I also carry as a board member of Swiss Testing Day.
